Terms of Service & Usage Policy

1. Ownership and Commercial Rights

All images generated using JustCommerce Atelier, including those from The Agency, The Dress Room, and The Location Shoot, are the property of the user.

Usage: You are granted full commercial rights to use these assets for your website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded content (e.g., flat-lay garment photos) does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

2. Credit System and Billing

The platform operates on a credit-based currency system.

Usage: Credits are deducted based on the complexity of the task. Simple model generation (The Agency) consumes fewer credits than high-resolution outputs (The Dress Room/2K renders).
Top-ups: Users can purchase additional credits via the Dashboard. Credits are non-refundable once consumed for a generation.

3. Acceptable Use and AI Ethics

JustCommerce Atelier is designed for fashion and e-commerce content production.

Prohibited Content: You may not use the AI tools to generate harmful, illegal, or defamatory imagery.
Representation: While The Agency allows for customization of age and body type, we encourage the ethical use of AI to promote diverse and realistic representation in commerce.

4. Third-Party Integrations (Shopify)

The Gallery provides direct integration with Shopify.

Data Handling: By linking your Shopify account, you authorize JustCommerce Atelier to push image assets to your product catalog.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Shopify API permissions and JustCommerce login credentials.
